The following is a list of committees we are looking for Booster members help with this season. If you are interested in helping out on any of these committees, please reach out to the committee head listed below.
Membership: Recruit and sign-up new members. Work to get Booster Club members more active. John Curtin
50/50: Schedule, recruit, & manage boosters to work 50/50 raffles on game days and other events the booster club may be a part of. Jen Brown
Player Housing: Set-up and tear-down of player apartments at the beginning and end of each season. This includes physical labor to set-up and store furnishings. Also involves shopping trips to acquire all the necessary items for the apartments. Rich Lundin
Player Care: Purchasing and delivering away game snacks for the team & staff. Planning special events for the team to help with comradery and family. This may include planning and delivering home cooked or catered meals. Chris O’Shea
Game day: Participating in front-door hand-out crews. Helping to oversee the high-5 tunnel if needed. Assisting the Railers staff with any last-minute game day needs, chuck-a-puck, etc. George Pescaro
Fundraising: Participating in raffles (design & sales), t-shirt/jersey sales, etc. for games days and other events. Jessica Curtin
Community: Helping with multiple charity drives such as food, toy, books, and many others. This committee will also coordinate meetups at away games, local sports teams, and other community events. Jay Madison
Events: Help organize special events, possibly a comedy show, live music event, or any other similar event. This committee will also work with the Fundraising committee to provide raffles for these events. Tina Stark
Hospitality: Welcome visiting booster clubs by planning meet ‘n’ greets, snacks for the trip home, etc. Donna Ahaesy
